  • The standard operating hours for Cinnabon Bakeries in malls are based on the hours of the mall. Since each bakery is independently operated, hours may vary based on each location.

Cinnabon Rewards FAQs

  • How do I get the Cinnabon app?
  • Search for Cinnabon in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • What type of phone do I need to use the app?
  • Our app is available for use on iOS and Android phones. You can find the app in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  • I don’t have a smartphone. How can I place my order?
  • You can place online orders via our website. Just click on “Order Now” at the top of the screen.
  • Do I need an account to participate in the Rewards program?
  • Yes, you need to sign up on our app or website and create an account to be able to earn and redeem rewards.
  • Is there a fee for enrolling in the Cinnabon Rewards program?
  • Nope, this program is free!
  • What do I do if I forget my password?
  • On the app’s login screen, click “Reset Password”, and we'll help you out.
  • Why is this app asking for permission to have access to my location?
  • This is not a requirement, but enabling your location allows the app to find bakeries nearest to you. You can also manually search for a location if you do not allow the app access to your location.
  • Can I order Cinnabon delivery?
  • Yes! When you order through our app or from order.cinnabon.com, you’ll have the option of receiving your order via delivery or pickup.
  • Can I order catering through the app?
  • Catering orders cannot be placed through the app at this time.
  • Do I get points for anything I purchase from Cinnabon?
  • You will get points for all purchases over $1 except catering orders and gift cards.
  • Can I earn and redeem rewards at any Cinnabon bakery?
  • Not all Cinnabon bakeries are currently able to honor Cinnabon Rewards. Find a list of bakeries that participate in Cinnabon Rewards HERE.
  • I forgot to scan my app at the bakery. Can I still get points for my purchase?
  • You’ve got 3 days to enter the purchase in your app to earn points. On the Rewards screen, click “Earn” and either scan the receipt barcode or enter the barcode number manually.
  • Do my points expire?
  • Yes, points that have not been converted to a reward expire after 12 months of inactivity. As long as you’re earning or redeeming points within a 12 month timeframe, your points won’t expire.
  • How do I redeem rewards?
  • If you’re redeeming in bakery, just tap into the Rewards section of the app, find the reward you want to redeem and tap “Redeem”. A QR code will display for a team member to scan.

    You can also redeem rewards in the app or on our website by adding the applicable item to your basket and applying the reward from the "Available rewards and offers" section in the basket. Sales tax and service fees may be added to reward redemptions via online or in-app orders.

Fundraising FAQs

  • Is fundraising really profitable?
  • Yes, your organization will earn a sweet profit for every CinnaPack Voucher sold! With a minimum purchase of 25 vouchers, it’s easy to raise some dough! Note, price varies by bakery.
  • Who qualifies for a fundraiser?
  • Both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations may be approved to conduct a Cinnabon Fundraiser when the Fundraiser proceeds will be fully used to benefit a group/cause that is one of the following types (verification required for approval): EDUCATIONAL – proceeds are being used to support a school or educational institution or a school-related organization (e.g., club/student/parent group; athletics; band/choral; school equipment; student development; scholarships). RELIGIOUS – proceeds are being used to support faith-based activities or church-related organizations (e.g., youth group; missions; benevolent programs; building fund; congregational support). CHARITABLE – proceeds are being used to support a registered 501(c) charitable organization. COMMUNITY – proceeds are being used to support community-based activities devoted exclusively to charitable, educational, or recreational purposes and not for individual or commercial gain.
  • Once my fundraiser is approved, is there a timeframe in which I must start and end my fundraiser?
  • You’ll need to work directly with your bakery to discuss the timeframe and CinnaPack Voucher pick-up date.
  • What allergens are found in Cinnabon CinnaPacks?
  • CinnaPack dough contains the following allergens: Eggs, Milk, Soy, and Wheat. Frosting contains Milk and Soy.
  • Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
  • Yes, the minimum purchase requirement is 25 CinnaPacks Vouchers.
  • What can I redeem with the CinnaPack Voucher?
  • CinnaPack Vouchers can be redeemed for one 6 pack Classic CinnaPack.
  • Do CinnaPack Vouchers have expiration dates?
  • Yes, bakeries will include an expiration date on the voucher.
  • Can I redeem my CinnaPack Vouchers at any bakery?
  • No, CinnaPack Vouchers are redeemable at specific bakery locations listed on the voucher.
  • Should I wait until I have all my orders to place my order?
  • Yes, the bakery will provide you with customized CinnaPack Vouchers after your order list is final.
  • Are there steps we can take to have a successful fundraiser?
  • Spread the word about your fundraiser by reaching out to friends and family. Stay organized. Keep track of supporters’ names, contact information, and if their money has been collected. The order form provided by the bakery can help you stay on top of this information. Let your supporters know you’re appreciative.
  • Where can I find CinnaPack Voucher pricing?
  • A Cinnabon bakery team member will reach out to you to discuss fundraiser CinnaPack Voucher pricing and suggest sell prices. Note, pricing varies by bakery.
  • Is delivery available for fundraising orders?
  • Unfortunately, delivery for fundraising orders is not available. Vouchers must be redeemed at the bakery facilitating your fundraiser.
  • I’m a Cinnabon Rewards member. Can I receive points for my fundraising order?
  • Fundraising orders do not qualify for Cinnabon Rewards.
